Chai Overnight Oats
Ingredients:
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 teaspoon hemp seeds
- 1 scoop of collagen peptides
- 1 cup milk of your choice (we love Oatly!)
- ½ cup One Stripe Chai Co Unsweetened Chai Concentrate
- 1 tablespoon date syrup (we love Just Date Syrup!)
- ½ teaspoon vanilla
- A pinch salt
- 1 cup whole milk Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon cocoa nibs
- 1 tablespoon toasted coconut
Directions:
- In a medium sized bowl, combine rolled oats, hemp seeds and collagen peptides. Mix together until combined.
- Add in milk of your choice, our Unsweetened chai concentrate, date syrup, vanilla and salt.
- Stir the ingredients together and then transfer ¼ cup of oat mixture into two 8 oz. jars. On top,
- add ¼ cup Greek yogurt. Continue layering until the jars are filled. Top with cocoa nibs and toasted coconut. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Serve and enjoy!
