Snow Day Chai-Infused Granola Recipe
This morning Portlanders woke up to snow-covered yards and houses. This is the first snowfall of the year, and a rare event from what I hear. It's real snow, and it's sticking! We're staying in, reading, drinking lots of chai, and making a big batch of some homemade chai - infused granola using our Original Chai Concentrate! I perfected this recently and it's great sprinkled over greek yogurt or a crunchy addition to some warm oatmeal.

Ingredients:
1 cup rolled oats
1/8 cup maple syrup
1/8 cup coconut oil
1/8 cup slivered almonds
1/8 cup dark chocolate chips
1/8 cup sunflower seeds
1/8 cup cashews
3 oz. One Stripe Original chai concentrate
Directions:
Set oven to 250°
Combine oats and nuts in a bowl
Combine oil, maple syrup, and chai concentrate in a separate bowl
Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix thoroughly
Pour everything in a thin layer onto a cookie sheet and bake in oven for 1 hr 5 min
Stir mixture around the pan every 15 minutes to cook evenly
Add in raisins and dark chocolate chunks

2- 3 Servings
Store in a mason jar and enjoy through the week!
